Organizational adoption
Also called: adoption
The extent to which people actually use the designed process, capture data with quality and use indicators to decide.
The extent to which people actually use the designed process, capture data with quality and use indicators to decide. It must be designed as part of the implementation, not treated as end-stage training.
It is measured by the quality of the data captured, not by training attendance. A process people half-use produces incomplete records, and indicators built on those are worse than having no indicators at all.
