These terms govern the use of this website, operated by Dexon Software S.A.S. BIC (Bogotá, Colombia) with Dexon Software Ltd (London, United Kingdom). Using the site means accepting them. They are short on purpose: this is an informational site, with no accounts and no purchases.
What this site is
This website presents Dexon's products, methodology and company information. It is informational: nothing on it constitutes a contractual offer, a warranty of results, or professional advice for a specific case. Dexon products and services are contracted through written agreements — proposals, orders, licences and their annexes — and it is those documents, not this website, that govern any commercial relationship.
Accuracy, with a stated criterion
We work to keep every claim on this site sourced and current, and we prefer to declare a limit rather than let you discover it in testing. Even so, the content is provided "as is": specifications, certifications and features evolve, and the applicable version of any commitment is the one in your contract. If you find something that seems wrong, tell us at info@dexon.us — we treat that as a defect to fix.

The content of this site — text, structure, design, graphics, the glossary and the methodology materials — belongs to Dexon Software or its licensors and is protected by copyright and industrial property law. You may read, link and quote it with attribution; you may not republish substantial portions, present it as your own, or use it to build a competing offering. Acceptable use
Do not use this site to attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, scrape it abusively, or submit unlawful, deceptive or malicious content through the contact form. The form is protected by automated verification precisely so that a person answers people.

To the extent permitted by law, Dexon is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this informational website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, nor the terms agreed in a signed contract, which always prevail over this page.
