Partners

The vendor behind your proposal.

You know the market, the industry and the client. We write the product, maintain the method and answer for it as its maker. The partner programme exists so those two halves compete together — without either having to build the other's.

What an alliance is for

Implementing the same platforms as everyone else puts you in a queue of firms that are hard to tell apart. Building on a product your competitors cannot download changes the conversation: your industry knowledge becomes configurations, accelerators and offers that belong to your practice — running on an engine the vendor evolves, supports and certifies.

And in a bid, the difference is verifiable rather than argued: the certification your proposal carries as an annex was issued to the vendor by an accredited third party, on the public PinkVERIFY list your client can check.

Four practices, four offers

What each kind of partner takes to market

System integrators →

A platform to genuinely build on: the same authenticated REST services the product's own clients consume, an integration engine for scheduled and bulk exchange, and an implementation method in phases with verifiable outputs — which is what makes the project you sign predictable.

And Dexon is implemented with Dexon: the implementation guide is an executable process template, so every rollout starts as a project with one activity per step — progress your client sees on the same platform. In the bid you are not alone: the vendor accompanies with the technology annex and a functional demonstration delivered by us, so the claims in your proposal are ours to defend.

Strategy consultancies →

Your deliverable stops ending in a document. The chain from strategy through capabilities, services and processes to indicators turns the recommendation into a measured operation: the strategic plan runs on the platform, with targets by period and a projection of whether the year closes on goal.

The reference is in production: a bank's strategic plan, seventy indicators consolidated from six systems, each tied to the objective it verifies.

Process consultancies →

From selling diagnostics to selling processes that run. The Executable Business Architecture methodology — formal objectives, executable BPMN, conformance checking — is adoptable by your practice, and the vendor trains your team to apply it. Accelerators shorten the first workshop: ITIL or Porter value-chain templates, a reference capability map and the process architecture imported from a spreadsheet. And the rollout runs as a project in the platform itself, where a stage does not close while the conformance verifier finds failures in it.

The shared language is already published: the full methodology and a bilingual glossary of 152 terms you can put on the table with your client from the first meeting.

BPO and ITO operators →

A BPO is both things at once: a client, when it runs its own operation on Dexon with no per-agent licensing; and a partner, when it carries the platform inside its offer to third parties — multi-company architecture on one instance, and AI verified by a third party for the RFPs that already demand it.

The effect on the model: fewer person-hours per case without sacrificing margin, and offers priced on outcomes instead of headcount.

The division of labour

Two halves that compete together

An alliance works when each side brings what the other would take years to build. Neither of these lists is decorative: it is the actual split of the work inside an account.

Vendor backing behind every implementation — yours included

What you put in

The client relationship, and the knowledge of their operation no vendor has

Add the licensing model to the arithmetic of your offer: management users are licensed, end users are not. For proposals serving large populations — citizens, employees, stores, suppliers — that is the line that changes the total.

What is not on this page

The commercial terms of the programme. They depend on the alliance model and the market, and they are agreed in direct conversation — publishing them here would hand your competitors what you negotiate.

Shall we build an offer together?

Tell us about your practice, your market and the kind of offer you want to carry. In the form, choose "Partner and reseller programme" as the reason — the people who run the channel reply.
