Product assessment revised October 2026 · page published August 2026

Dexon builds software intended to be usable by people with disabilities, and treats accessibility the way this site treats every claim: with a declared scope, a documented method and the exceptions stated rather than hidden.

The product: assessed, not asserted

Dexon BPM and Dexon ServiceDesk were evaluated against WCAG 2.1 Level AA, and the result is documented in an Accessibility Conformance Report based on VPAT® 2.5 (WCAG Edition). The evaluation combined automated analysis, keyboard-only testing, screen-reader testing with NVDA and manual expert review, in English and Spanish, across 11 screens covering the primary service desk and KPI/strategy journeys: login, agent console, self-service portal, virtual assistant, activity creation, case list, ticket detail, organisational KPI tree, management dashboard, indicator detail and report viewer.

What the evaluation found

Within the evaluated perimeter the product shows broad support for Level A and AA criteria — keyboard operability, visible focus, bypass blocks, programmatic labels, table semantics, accessible names for icon-only controls, page titles, page language and language of parts, adjustable session timing with advance warning, error identification, reflow, status messages and data-table alternatives for KPI visualizations.

The known exception

One criterion is reported as Partially Supports, and its correction is a configuration change. Session expiration (2.2.1) is supported: the user is warned before the session ends and extends it in one click.

  • 1.4.3 Contrast (Minimum) — one brand colour of the client-branding header, a configuration value, is being set to a conforming shade.

The declared boundary

Advanced graphical editors — BPMN modelling, organization charts — and administrative configuration modules are outside the evaluated perimeter: canvas-based, drag-and-drop interaction requires specialized evaluation, and we would rather say so than imply coverage. WCAG 2.1 Level AAA was not evaluated.

This website

This site is built to the same standard it reports on: semantic HTML, a keyboard-navigable menu that works without JavaScript, visible focus, a skip link, sufficient contrast over the brand palette, alternative text on meaningful images, and tables that scroll within their own container instead of breaking the page.

The report, and where to write

Enterprise customers can request the full Accessibility Conformance Report as part of an evaluation — it is the same document submitted within the PinkVERIFY assessment. If you find an accessibility barrier on this site or in the product, write to info@dexon.us: it will be handled as a defect, not as feedback.
