Value proposition
A concrete statement of what outcome a stakeholder expects, under what condition they recognize the value as delivered, and which indicators verify it.
A concrete statement of what outcome a stakeholder expects, under what condition they recognize the value as delivered, and which indicators verify it. If it cannot be expressed in those terms, it is not precise enough to guide process design.
The sufficiency test is demanding on purpose. If a value proposition cannot state the condition under which the stakeholder recognises that value was delivered, it cannot guide either the process design or the indicator that verifies it — and the process will end up designed against the intuition of whoever models it.
