Requestable offering

The condition met when an offering is visible, current, and its process has an operational entry point. It expresses an architectural rule: value materializes only when offering, process, data and user experience are integrated.

The three conditions are cumulative and each rules out a different failure: visible discards the offering only insiders know about, current the one left out of date, and having an operating entry point the one published with no process behind it.
