Five-dimension validation

The minimum scope of integral testing: functional, data, rules, objective and evidence.

The minimum scope of integral testing: functional, data, rules, objective and evidence. It is not enough for the flow to advance; it must advance according to design intent and leave a verifiable trail.

The two dimensions almost always missing are objective and evidence. A process can pass functional, data and rule testing and still fail to produce the outcome that justified it, or leave nothing to demonstrate it with.
