Business Process Maturity Model

Also called: BPMM

A reference model defining five levels of process maturity, from initial to innovating, describing the shift from inconsistent practice to quantitative management.

A reference model defining five levels of process maturity, from initial to innovating, describing the shift from inconsistent practice to quantitative management. The Dexon model follows an analogous path but assessed across the complete executable architecture.

Its contribution is describing what characterises each level, not merely listing them. Without that description, a maturity assessment turns into a negotiation over what score the organization deserves.
