Architecture contract

The instrument governing implementation and deployment to ensure conformance with the defined architecture. Here it is the combination of approved process charter, TO-BE, data model, rules, service levels, requestable offering, permissions and exit criteria.

It exists because the gap between the approved design and what finally gets configured is where architecture is lost. With no instrument governing it, each implementation tweak erodes the model without anyone recording it.
