Each of the seven levels of the traceability chain. Skipping a link produces the pathologies the methodology seeks to avoid: processes without a service, services without capabilities, and offerings nobody can request.
Skipping one has recognisable consequences. With no service, processes appear that nobody can say whom they serve; with no offering, services exist that cannot be requested; with no indicator, processes run without anyone knowing whether they work.
