Weak satisfaction

The level of fulfilment in which normal trajectories reach the outcomes but breach non-critical thresholds, or where ungoverned exceptions remain.

The level of fulfilment in which normal trajectories reach the outcomes but breach non-critical thresholds, or where ungoverned exceptions remain. It requires redesign or an explicit renegotiation of thresholds.

It is the most useful of the three diagnoses, because it points at a design that almost works: outcomes are reached but some threshold is violated. It tells you exactly where to intervene without redoing anything.
